# Demo Mode in Decode

### **What is Demo Mode?**

Demo Mode is an interactive environment within Decode that lets you explore the platform without making any changes to your live workspace or data. It comes pre-loaded with sample studies and files so you can interact with real features in a risk-free setting.

### **What can you do in Demo Mode?**

-   Explore pre-loaded studies, surveys and AI Creative Insights studies to understand how they are structured
-   Navigate through reports and insights to see how data is presented
-   Interact with study blocks and settings without affecting any live data
-   Understand the platform layout and features before running your own research

### **How to Enable Demo Mode**

Follow these steps to activate Demo Mode in Decode:

**Step 1:** Log in to your Decode account to land on the Dashboard.

**Step 2:** From the Left Sidebar Navigation, click on the “Demo Mode” .

**Step 3:** Demo Mode activates and takes you to a sample library of studies. You can open studies, explore blocks and view insights exactly as you would in your live workspace. 

> **Visual Cue:** A yellow frame appears around the interface, indicating that you are in Demo Mode.

**Step 4:** Click Close Demo Mode at the bottom of the screen to return to your live workspace.
