<h3 style="text-align:justify;">Overview</h3>Conducting a quantitative study on Decode can provide valuable insights into user behaviour and preferences, as well as help you make data-driven decisions. In this article, we will guide you through the steps for creating quantitative studies in Decode.<h3 style="text-align:justify;">Steps</h3>Step 1: Once you log into your Decode account, you will be directed to the dashboard.Step 2: Click the “+” button on the left navigation panel.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/dba5de8a-9c62-4ebf-94fd-717ea9e46dc9"></figure>Step 3:&nbsp;You will be directed to the page where you can choose the type of research you want to perform, and by default quantitative research page will be shown.Step 4: From the navigation panel available on the left side, you can expand template types by clicking on them. Once you have explored the templates, you can select the type of quantitative research.&nbsp;Step 5:&nbsp;If you decide to create a survey from scratch, click on the "Create from Scratch" button.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/384cadf0-78a7-4fa0-9fd0-9ce8a283d7b9"></figure>Step 6: Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the survey's home page, which you can customize and use as an introduction page for your survey.<blockquote>Note: By Default, the survey language will be selected as “US English”, which you can customize as per your requirement.&nbsp;</blockquote><figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/3f63f82f-339e-4f09-ac5f-5095feea5bca"></figure>Step 7: For&nbsp;every study, by default, &nbsp;a welcome page and thank you page will be available for you, which can be customized.Step 8: Click on the “+Add new Block” from the homepage or the navigation panel to add a new block.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/c2460297-cf2b-4e0f-b8b8-6848d8d58f78"></figure>In the block section, you can add the following:&nbsp;General:&nbsp;&nbsp;In the general section, you will find the different question types you can add to your survey.Media Insight: In this section, you can upload your media from your local system and add a YouTube video or a Vimeo video.Once you select any block type, a form will open where you can customize the block, add logic for question appearance and change the question properties.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/f9cb588e-9b01-479f-a8d3-82e321220fc9"></figure>Step 9: Before publishing the survey, you can preview the survey by clicking on the "Preview" button at the top-right corner of the page.<img class="image_resized" style="width:36.39%;" src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/6c8f1f55-0f43-4b24-a27e-59dd4c28bb54">Step 10: Click on the publish button to make the survey live.<img class="image_resized" style="width:34.9%;" src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/8ad4bd9e-cba2-4566-a2c4-3ffd3e1b946c">

<h3 style="text-align:justify;">Overview</h3>With Decode, conducting qualitative research has never been easier. Qualitative research is a powerful way to gain a deeper understanding of your target audience by exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in detail. You can create One-on-one, Dyad, Triad, and Group meeting videos to analyze them and get insights to draw meaningful conclusions.&nbsp;In this article, we'll take you through the process of designing a qualitative study that delivers insightful and actionable results.<h3 style="text-align:justify;">Steps</h3>Step 1: Once you log in to your Decode account, you will arrive on the dashboard.Step 2:&nbsp;&nbsp;On the left navigation panel, click on the “+” icon to open the research page.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/e12ab881-6324-48c2-960c-6821b2cbe35b"></figure>Step 3:&nbsp;On the Research page, from the left panel, expand the “Qualitative Study Templates” option by clicking on it and selecting the "Live meeting" option from the list.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/872502bd-60d4-406a-8502-ac73f0bde08f"></figure>Step 4: After selecting the Live Meeting option, you will be directed to the meeting type selection page, where you will find the following different templates of meetings:<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">One-on-one meeting:&nbsp;You can invite one&nbsp;participant to this meeting and have a one-on-one discussion.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Dyad Meeting: You can invite up to two participants to this meeting</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Triad Meeting:&nbsp;You can invite up to&nbsp;three participants to this meeting.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Focus Group:&nbsp;You can invite up to six participants to this meeting</li></ul>Step 5: Once you have selected the meeting template, a new page will open for adding the meeting details. Here you need to add the following information:<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/846c9dba-d586-45ee-aedc-dbedd278a68d"></figure><ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Meeting title&nbsp;– Provide a title for the meeting.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Date&nbsp;– Input the meeting date.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Time&nbsp;- Start time of the meeting.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Language&nbsp;– The language in which the conversation would happen should be selected beforehand. This helps us to generate accurate transcripts.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Moderator&nbsp;– A moderator has a role in Decode meetings; they have the same privileges as the organizer (the user who creates a meeting). Only decode users can be moderators. The organizer and the moderators can:<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Turn on video and audio during the session.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Share their screen.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Mute other users.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">You can select up to 3 Moderators in all the meeting types.</li></ul></li><li style="text-align:justify;">Required Attendees&nbsp;– You can invite users to part of the workspace by selecting them from the dropdown. You can add non-Decode users to the attendee list by tying in their email addresses. During meetings, they can turn on their video and audio and chat with the organizer, moderators, and other participants. Attendees cannot share their screens.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Observers&nbsp;– You can invite users to be silent participants by adding them to the observer list. You can select the users from the dropdown. Observers can only spectate the meeting but can neither turn on their audio or video nor send messages on the chat.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Description - You can provide details of the meeting in this section; it will be visible to all the meeting participants.<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">You can select up to 5 Observers in all the meeting types.</li></ul></li></ul>Properties:Hide Organizer: Using this option, you can make the organizer(the user who creates the meeting) hidden in the call.Language Interpretation: A language interpreter is a professional who facilitates communication between individuals or groups who speak different languages, ensuring accurate and smooth exchange of information, ideas, or messages.Face Redaction: This feature introduces enhanced privacy, offering users control over their visibility for a secure and personalized experience.Step 7: Once you fill in the required details, click on the “Save” and then the "Publish" button to launch the study.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/e3977f95-0b2c-49c4-af7a-730656b9b3ea"></figure>Step 8: Once the study is published, an invite will be sent to the user to attend the meeting.Step 9: After publishing the study, you will automatically be directed to the share tab, where you will find the Meeting URLs for sharing the meetings.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/50dc1065-76c8-4910-9797-6dd4de540a6d"></figure>
