Insights for Qualitative Studies: We are excited to announce the addition of a new feature in Decode that allows users to create insights for their qualitative studies. With this feature, users can add highlights and tags that were created in the transcripts of the study to present their insights and analysis.
Integrations can now be added and users can sync with Teams and Webex to get the recordings and meetings imported to Decode.
Design Fixes 🪄
We have improved the Ui and user experience in the Upload Media flow. We understand the importance of a seamless design to provide a better user experience and we are constantly working towards that.
Bug Fixes 🔧
We have fixed a bug in our platform related to the study publishing feature. Previously, users were able to publish a study even if any of the mandatory fields were empty. This issue has been resolved, and now the Publish button will be disabled when any one of the mandatory fields is empty.
Fixed a bug in qualitative study recordings upload which prevented users from being able to see more than two media. With the bug fix, users can now upload multiple media files in their Qualitative study and all the files will be visible and accessible on the recording page, allowing for a more comprehensive analysis.
Fixed an issue that prevented media imported from integrations to be not processed for transcripts since the user was unable to update the number of people in the media and the language used in the recording.
Fixed the bug that cause the analytics numbers to be shown incorrectly causing a discrepancy between the numbers shown for analytics for the recording and the study level of a qualitative study.
