Introducing Auto-Generated Reports 📁

Are you tired of sifting through multiple pages of insights, struggling to meet deadlines, and dealing with hectic report submissions? We have an exciting news for you!

We are thrilled to announce that Decode’s new auto-generated reports feature is set to revolutionize consumer research. This innovative tool automatically compiles comprehensive, insightful reports from your data, saving you valuable time and effort. With clear visualizations and in-depth analysis, you can quickly grasp consumer behavior and trends, empowering you to make more informed decisions.

You can start creating reports in three different ways:

1. Create from Scratch:

By selecting the "Create from Scratch" option, you can fully draft your report from the ground up. This allows you to choose your preferred templates and upload images or pexels of your choice, giving you complete control over the report's design and content.

2. Create with AI, starting with Media

By selecting the "Create with AI Using Media" option, you can easily generate a report with AI assistance. Choose the media file from the list within the study on which the report should be based. Once selected, view the report outline with customizable titles and the option to select a theme. Click the "Generate" button and enjoy as your report is created in just a few minutes!

3. Create with AI, starting with a Prompt

By selecting the "Create with AI Using Prompt" option, you can effortlessly generate a report with AI assistance based on prompts of your choice. Enter your preferred prompt aligned with your research objectives to see an outline featuring customizable slide titles and theme options. If you're unsure where to start, you can also choose from a list of sample prompts. Simply click the "Generate" button and sit back as your report is created in just a few minutes!

From the right navigation bar, you can access the presentation view to seamlessly present your prepared report. Additionally, you can copy the link to share it with your team, encrypt the report for added security, and download the entire report in PPT format.

Note:

• Auto-generated reports are currently supported exclusively for quantitative studies with media blocks. 
• To enable the insights tab, ensure the study is closed.
• Graphs and Charts are not supported in "Start with Prompt" option.

Enhancements 🚀

• Extended Decode Live Meetings: The duration for Decode live meetings has been increased from 1.5 hours to 3 hours, offering greater flexibility for users.
• Revamped Reports Section: Our reports section has been given a fresh, new look, enhancing the user experience.
• Improved Signup Flow: The signup process now captures full name, country, and phone number, making it more streamlined and effective.

Bug Fixes 🔧

• AOI Creation in Duplicated Studies: We've fixed the problem of creating Areas of Interest (AOIs) in duplicated studies. AOIs are now correctly generated in duplicated studies as intended.
• Real-Time Zoom Integration: The issue with Zoom integration in real-time has been resolved, ensuring seamless functionality.
