Use this checklist to track your progress as you get started with Decode. Each item links to the article that walks you through it.
Understand Decode
Set up your account
- Create your account
- Sign up with Google SSO, Microsoft SSO, or an invite link
- Set a password or reset one if needed, using Reset Your Password
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication to secure your account
Get oriented
- Explore The Decode Dashboard
- Try Demo Mode to see how Decode works before using your own data
- Read Choose Your Starting Point by Role to find where to begin
Set up your workspace
- Invite Users to your workspace
- Create a Team, and understand how team access works using What is a Team on Decode?
- Switch between teams from the top-left of your Dashboard if you belong to more than one
Run your first study
Once complete
Once every item on this checklist is done, you've published your first study and viewed your first set of results, then you're fully set up in Decode. From here, explore the dedicated sections for Consumer Insights, User Research, AI Creative Insights, AI Moderator, and Insights Hub to go deeper into the capability that fits your goals.
