What is the exclamation / caution sign on the media card?

When media is added to Decode through integrations, the following fields need to be updated for the media:

•        The number of people in the media.
•        The language used in the meeting.

Until these details are not updated for external media, a caution symbol will come on the media card and the media will not be processed for transcriptions and insights.

To update the details, you can use the following steps:

Step 1: Click on the three dots in the media card, and an options list will open.

Step 2: Click on the "Edit" button.

Step 3: Update the details for the number of people in the Meeting and the language spoken.

Step 4: Click on the save button. After updating these details, the caution symbol will be removed from the media and the processing of the media will be initiated.
