Release Notes - September 18th, 2023

What's New? ✨

  • New Widget: Notes 📝: We've added a brand-new widget, "Notes," to the dashboard. This widget is now a default component of the dashboard, providing you with a convenient way to jot down important information and insights. Users can now easily add the "Notes" widget to their dashboard using the "Add Widgets" sidebar. This gives you the flexibility to tailor your dashboard to your specific needs and workflow.
  • Extended Duration Language and Accent Support: Our Speech-to-Text (STT) feature has been enhanced to include all available languages and accents available in Decode. This means you can transcribe and analyze content in a wider range of languages and dialects. Transkriptor STT now has improved capabilities to handle videos longer than 3 hours. This enhancement ensures that you can accurately transcribe and analyze lengthy video content without any interruptions.
  • Expanded Language Support: We're thrilled to announce that our AI-generated summary, highlights, and action items are now available in 27 additional languages alongside English. This expansion makes our platform more accessible and useful to a broader audience.

Bug Fixes 🔧

  • Fixed a bug where, when users attempted to click the "Reset Password" button without entering the required verification code, an unknown toaster message appeared, failing to provide clear guidance about the error. This issue impacted user experience and has now been resolved by implementing a check to ensure the verification code field is not empty and displaying a user-friendly error message in such cases to guide users appropriately.
  • Fixed an issue where when the login token expired, and a user attempted any action within the Quantitative study, it resulted in an error. This prevented users from switching between blocks and navigating tabs in the Connect/Result sections, as all associated APIs were also throwing errors. This issue has been resolved, ensuring that users can seamlessly perform actions within the Quantitative study.
  • Fixed a bug causing the create tag popup to overlap when users clicked to add a tag in the highlight section. This issue has been resolved, ensuring that the create tag popup appears without any overlapping, providing a smoother user experience when adding tags.
  • Fixed an issue where, in the comments box during edit mode, tagged users were not displaying as expected. This problem has been resolved, and now tagged users will be correctly displayed in the comments box during edit mode, ensuring clear communication and user engagement.
  • Resolved an issue where the "Request Download" function was not working as intended in the highlight section. This issue has been addressed, and users can now successfully initiate download requests, ensuring seamless access to their desired content.
  • Fixed a critical issue in the transcript tag section, where attempting to create multiple group tags by dragging and dropping from the default group and then trying to delete that group resulted in the deletion of all existing groups. This issue has been resolved, and now users can create and manage group tags without unintentionally deleting other existing groups, ensuring a more stable and reliable user experience.
  • Implemented field validation for the Email input field in the integration form. Previously, there was no validation in place, allowing users to access the authorization page with incorrect or invalid email IDs. This enhancement ensures that only valid email addresses are accepted, enhancing the security and accuracy of the authorization process.
  • Fixed a bug where, if a study is in an approved state, the share tab was erroneously active when it should have been in a disabled mode until the study was published. This issue has been resolved, and now the share tab will remain disabled in the approved state, preventing any premature sharing and ensuring alignment with the study's publish status.
  • Fixed an issue where users were unable to create an organization due to an error. Now, after users provide input for the Title field and click the "Save" button, they can successfully create an organization without encountering validation errors.
