• We are excited to introduce Workflows to enhance the management of Quantitative and Qualitative Research studies. With this update, you can now set up a comprehensive Study Approval Flow, streamlining the process of managing projects with multiple team members and sensitive information. This feature empowers you to submit your studies for approval seamlessly, provided an Approval Manager is a part of your team. Only after receiving the necessary approval can the study can be published, ensuring a well-coordinated process.

• With this update, you can assign Approval Manager roles to users. Once team members with the Approval Manager role are added to a team, workflow management is applicable to the team, The designated Approval Managers can oversee and approve or reject studies (with reason) created in their teams. They can access the Approval Page via the navigation bar icon. This page offers insights into pending approvals, previous actions, and comments on rejected studies. They can review studies that are pending approval, and can choose to either "Approve" or "Reject" the studies. This feature optimizes study validation while fostering seamless teamwork.
