Critical Bug Fix: Missing Uploaded Files in Decode Focus

We have addressed an issue where some uploaded files were missing in Decode Focus in certain cases after revisiting the study. This occurred when multiple files were uploaded, leading to inconsistencies in file availability upon returning to the study. With this fix, all uploaded files will now remain visible and accessible in Decode Focus, ensuring data integrity and a consistent user experience.
