Release Notes - 24th July, 2026

🛠 Bug Fixes & Platform Improvements

1. Demo Mode Navigation Improvement

Overview

The Demo Mode experience has been improved to provide smoother navigation across studies and media collections.

Issue Resolved

Previously, clicking the Home button from a study or media collection in Demo Mode could prevent users from returning to the Home page.

This issue has now been resolved, allowing users to navigate back to the Home page seamlessly.

• Improves navigation within Demo Mode.

2. Improved Text Analytics for Multilingual Media

Overview

The Text Analytics experience has been enhanced to provide more accurate word visualizations for multilingual media.

Issue Resolved

Previously, Text Analytics displayed individual characters instead of meaningful words for Indian and other foreign-language media, making the visualization difficult to interpret.

This issue has now been resolved, and Text Analytics correctly displays meaningful words across supported languages.

3. Improved Labels in Interview Study Screener

Overview

The Interview Study Screener has been updated with clearer labels to improve the study creation experience.

Previously, certain sections within the Interview Study Screener displayed incorrect labels, which could cause confusion while configuring the study.

These labels have now been updated to accurately reflect the corresponding fields and validation messages.

4. Improved Character Limit Validation in Text Response Block

Overview

The Character Limit setting in the Text Response block has been improved to provide a smoother study creation experience.

Previously, entering a value greater than the supported character limit could trigger multiple validation messages in quick succession.

Validation has now been improved to enforce the maximum supported limit while displaying only a single validation message.

• Prevents repeated validation messages.

5. Enhanced Character Limit Input Validation

Overview

Additional improvements have been made to character limit validation in the Text Response block.

Issue Resolved

Previously, users could enter invalid values such as negative numbers, and scrolling beyond the supported limit could trigger repeated validation messages.

The input now enforces the supported value range and provides a smoother validation experience.

6. Mobile Responsiveness Improvements for Meeting Scheduler

Overview

The Meeting Scheduler has been enhanced to provide a better experience on mobile devices.

Previously, portions of the meeting scheduler were not fully visible on smaller mobile screens, making it difficult to access all scheduling options.

The scheduler now adapts correctly to mobile devices, ensuring all controls are fully visible.

7. Improved Highlight Video Playback

This issue has now been resolved, ensuring highlights play the correct video segment consistently.
