Say hello to our brand-new Matrix Block feature! Now, you can craft dynamic matrix-style questions with ease. Add your questions, set up rows and columns, and watch as you collect ratings, preferences, or evaluations across multiple items—all in one sleek, organized grid. Whether you’re diving into product feedback or comparing options, the Matrix Block brings structure and clarity to your surveys. Your data collection just got a major upgrade!

Now, users can effortlessly select a column for each item in a row and submit their choices.

You’ll get a clear breakdown with both percentages and response counts for each item, giving you instant insights at a glance.

Advanced Testers Filter 🕵️

Finding the perfect testers with the right specs used to be a hassle, but we’ve heard you loud and clear! With our new Advanced Filter, you can now zero in on testers by browser, country, device type, language, OS, completion status, and even specific questions. Save your custom filters for quick and easy analysis whenever you need them.

And here’s the exciting part: you can now segment testers based on their responses! For instance, if you’re curious about how testers who recalled a competitor’s brand in an ad responded in other sections, just select the relevant question and answers to filter their responses. This feature gives you deeper insights, faster than ever before. We currently support following question types in filter which we'll continue expanding:

Bug Fixes🔧

• The users who weren't members of a workspace were not shown the right error message when attempting SSO sign-in. We've fixed that—now, everything works smoothly as intended.
• We also tackled the discrepancies in the Speaker Phase Metrics in qualitative meeting recording analytics, so they now reflect accurate data.
• The Second-by-Second Graph for media testing was previously stretching beyond the actual media duration in certain cases—this has been fixed and now aligns perfectly.
