Bug Fixes🔧

  • User experience improvements across the platform.
  • Fixed a bug causing misalignment of icons in the left panel blocks within the Results tab. We have addressed this problem; now, the icons are precisely aligned in the left panel blocks, providing users with a seamless and visually pleasing interface.
  • Fixed a critical bug related to the Recordings Tab, where users encountered an incorrect error when uploading media and then closed the study. Previously, instead of displaying the Study Card in a Closed status as expected, the system presented an incorrect error message. This bug has been resolved, and now, when users upload media in the Recordings Tab and close the study, the Study Card accurately reflects the Closed status.
  • Addressed a bug in the Qual study, which allowed users to add duplicate files in the Qualitative study. Now, when users attempt to select media files with identical names in the library browser, the system will prevent such selections, ensuring that only unique files are added to the study.
  • Fixed an issue related to invalid workspace names during login. Previously, attempting to log in with an invalid workspace name would not trigger an appropriate error message. With this release, we have implemented a fix so that users will now receive a clear error message when attempting to log in with an invalid workspace name.
  • Addressed a critical issue related to the reversed Smiley question block in the quantitative study. The chosen options by the respondents were showing inconsistently in the results tab. This inconsistency has now been resolved, and the insights will appropriately reflect the user's chosen response, providing accurate and meaningful feedback.
  • Fixed a bug preventing users from being automatically redirected to the login page after their session expired. With this fix, users will now be immediately redirected to the login page upon token expiration, ensuring a more secure and seamless experience.
  • Fixed a bug that was affecting the generation of AI highlights when media transcripts contained numeric words. Previously, the system failed to generate highlights for such keywords, leading to incomplete and inaccurate insights. With this fix, the AI now properly identifies and highlights numeric keywords within the media content and generates insights.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the tester names from being unique for each respondent in the results tab.
  • Fixed a bug that caused misaligned titles and an expanded media/file icon in the upload screen. With this fix, we have rectified the alignment of titles, ensuring they are displayed correctly and consistently. Additionally, the media/file icon has been adjusted to the appropriate size, preventing any unnecessary expansion.
