What is a Home Team?

A Home Team is the default team for a user. They can also be a part of other teams within their Decode workspace. All users on Decode need to be a part of a Home Team. Every user can have only one home team.

All the media from the integrations like FTP Server, Microsoft Teams, and Webex will become a part of their home team, which they can change to other teams later.

While inviting a user to Decode, the Home Team needs to be specified in the invite user form, and the user will be added to that team after accepting the invite; further, the user can be added to additional teams from the other team's section under the Settings.
